JOB DESCRIPTION

Erasmus Life Budapest has more and more upcoming events every semester, and we need a new member in our event management team, to cooperate and help the work of our event managers. We have thematic event on a weekly manner, which needs a lot of work behind the scenes. Our new student member will be responsible for smaller events, and also will help in organizing our bigger events like Boat party on the river Danube, or Pool party in the biggest indoor Aquapark of Hungary

MAIN TASKS

• Organizing smaller events for ELB (daily club parties, botellóns, night outs) on a daily manner
• Cooperate with our event managers
• Help to organise bigger events every week
• Operational tasks before, and at the events

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience or interest in organizing event
• Be self confident a leader type (You will have to give responsible instructions to hostesses and other team members)
• High level of problem solving skills (You will face many unexpected problems, which have to be solved)
• Creativity

INTRODUCTION

We are Erasmus Life Budapest, a 6 years old Hungarian association and company founded by young enthusiasts of partying, travelling, fun and international life. We provide everything what international students need: help in finding flats, discount card with awesome deals, and amazing events. We are organizing special parties for 500-1500 people, the most fun nights in Budapest like the Boat party on river Danube, Pool party at the biggest water park in the city, and trips to the beautiful sights of Hungary and the surrounding countries. We also have daily events like beer pong, pub crawl, quiz nights, cultural events, sports days and so on. We are searching for people who are professional, proactive and are full of energy to contribute to our growth day by day with their work.
